We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, to meet legal requirements, or to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer required, we delete or anonymize it using reasonable technical measures.

MuArLab works with vetted service providers that process data on our behalf. We share only what is necessary for each provider to perform its role:

• Cloud infrastructure providers — application hosting, deployment, storage, and content delivery.
• Analytics providers — aggregated traffic and product usage insights.
• Payment processors — secure online payments, subscription management, and digital purchases.
• Authentication providers — user sign-in, data persistence, and backend services for select applications.

• Inquiries and client communication — typically retained for up to 24 months after last contact, or longer where an active relationship continues.
• Account data — retained while the account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter.
• Analytics — kept in aggregated form according to our retention settings.
• Legal and financial records — retained as required by applicable law.

MuArLab is based in Morocco. Your information may be transferred to and processed in other countries where our providers operate. We take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for cross-border transfers.

MuArLab services are not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact contact@muarlab.com and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.

We may update this policy as our products, services, or legal obligations evolve. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date on this page and, where appropriate, direct notice to registered users.
